Overview
Reporting to the Head of Professional Recruitment, this role includes managing a variety of administrative duties, projects and vendor management responsibilities within the Talent Acquisition space.

What You’ll Do
- Management and oversight of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) delivering Contingent Workforce services to Deutsche Bank
- Support Head of Recruitment with vendor management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vendor delivering professional recruitment services to Deutsche Bank
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and regular vendor operations and governance meetings; monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements SLAs/KPI Key Performance Indicator to drive vendor performance and accountability
- Responsible for governance of recruiting practices across recruitment team; monitoring adherence to Deutsche Bank policies and procedures, regulations and legislation
- SME of the permanent recruitment tool, Workday; including issue resolution, training and support technical change requests and Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy; partner with Global Sourcing and Finance where required
Skills You’ll Need
- Onsite professional recruitment or (HR) Human Resource experience preferred
- Administrative and client service experience within a large corporate organization
- Experience working in a global capacity/environment
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and strategies
- Exceptional reporting capabilities; able to work with large volumes of data, providing analysis and identifying data integrity issues
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Vendor Management knowledge beneficial and Diversity and Inclusion experience preferred
- Highly organized, structured and efficient approach to work
- Experience with invoicing and invoice processing beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- IT Skills – MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel at advanced level, including able to use pivot tables, v-lookups, create formulas etc
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $80,000 to $100,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
